Ana has never reported on a death before. To make life difficult, her RCMP boyfriend, Ronnie, is out of town. She’s forced to work with a corporal she’s just met and an IT specialist who has confused feelings. What’s more, the corporal has a history with Ana’s boyfriend and the IT specialist has a history with Ana.
Ana’s feelings of loneliness start to subside as she makes new connections and rekindles some old ones. Even with this unexpected support, she’s not sure it’ll help her keep her jobs. Or her relationship with Ronnie.
